Integrated Helping Professional Coach (IHPC) Certification Program

Our IHPC Coaching Certification provides a comprehensive learning experience tailored specifically for helping professionals, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists, who aim to integrate coaching into their existing practice. With a structured approach grounded in ethical standards, relational presence, and intentional coaching techniques, our program equips participants with the essential coaching competencies needed to effectively support clients in reaching their full potential.

The program includes two progressive levels designed to build your skills and confidence as a coach.

Together, these levels provide a comprehensive, practice-based pathway to becoming a confident, ethical, and effective helping professional coach. After completing both levels, participants can continue their development through our IHPC Coach Mentoring Program, which supports skill refinement and prepares coaches for ICF credentialing.

Participants who complete each level of the IHPC Program satisfactorily will receive an IHPC Certificate and digital badge, positioning them as highly qualified coaches ready to positively impact their clients, teams, and organizations.

The IHPC Certification Program is delivered virtually via Zoom, accommodating diverse schedules through three program formats:

  • Six-Week Live, Virtual Training Series: This option provides a paced, skills-building learning experience over six live online sessions along with asynchronous content. Each session is 2.5 hours and includes instruction, demonstration, and practice coaching opportunities.
  • Two-Day Intensive (7.5 Hours per Day): This option condenses the IPHC I curriculum into two immersive days scheduled within a two- to four-week window. The intensive supports teams who prefer concentrated training blocks with immediate skill application.
  • Hybrid Self-Paced Program:  A hybrid design would allow participants to complete the core of the program asynchronously while still engaging in required live practice labs. This structure keeps the experiential foundation of our program intact and makes participation far more feasible for busy practitioners.

Cost: $1500 per Level

Credentialing and Certification Pathway:
While our IHPC Certification is not directly accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), successful participants fulfill the education requirement (at least 60 hours of coach-specific training) needed to pursue the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential via ICF’s Portfolio Path. Participants seeking ACC credentialing via this pathway must additionally complete 100 hours of coaching experience, 10 hours of mentor coaching, pass a performance evaluation, and successfully complete the ICF Credentialing Exam.

Payment for this certification program does not include fees for membership in ICF or for ICF certification. In addition, it does not include mentorship hours.
